Optional co-op stream, includes two paid co-op work terms
Main subject areas: Architectural, Structural, Building Code, Mechanical, Electrical, and Construction Management

Major Capstone Project in 3rd year has students working in a team to bring a large project from design concept through to final construction documents
Field trips to construction sites and product manufacturers, as well as guest lecturers are brought in to support students' practical learning
Annual Networking Event allows students to connect with local construction companies and industry professionals Professional Membership/Certification Opportunities
Meets the education requirements for certification with the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA)
Meets the education requirements for certification with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT)
Provides credits towards achieving Gold Seal Certification in Construction Management administered by the Canadian Construction Association.
