Most affordable universities in Ireland

The 10 universities below are ranked by the lowest annual international tuition we have verified against their own fees pages, starting at €10,350 — about PKR 3,150,000 at our 2026-08-01 snapshot rate, which is indicative and not a quote at Dublin Business School. Only verified, per-year figures in EUR are ranked here: a total-programme fee and a per-year fee of the same size mean very different things, and comparing across currencies at a snapshot rate would rank the exchange rate rather than the universities. Tuition is only part of the bill. Budget for living costs, the visa application, health cover and the deposit most universities ask for before they issue an offer letter. A cheaper fee is not automatically the better choice either — course length changes the total, and a one-year masters at a higher annual fee can cost less overall than a two-year one at a lower fee.
